KFC Revives The Double Down Chicken Sandwich
The KFC Double Down is a sandwich that has caused quite a stir in the fast food world. Introduced by KFC in 2010, the Double Down is a sandwich that replaces the traditional bread buns with two fried chicken fillets, with bacon, cheese, and a special sauce sandwiched in between. KFC sold more than 10 million sandwiches in the first month and due to much hype and fanfare, the brand brought it back for a limited time in April of 2014.
