Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have been reportedly house hunting for the past few months. It has now been reported that the couple has went into escrow on a lavish Pacific Palisades mansion in California. The new “Hamptons-esque traditional” 15,000 square-foot home features 7 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms and is set on a 1 acre lot. The property was originally listed at $34.5 million, and designed by architects Kevin Ungar Architect.
Per the property listing, the property features multiple amenities such as 4 gourmet kitchens, six-car garage, movie theater, gym, wine cellar, and health spa. In addition, there is a detached guesthouse on the property which also packs in its own living room, kitchen, dining room and bedroom suite.
